The staff were helpful throughout my stay.

I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The sheets had stains, and the carpet felt sticky under my feet. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not properly cleaned during my entire visit.

The room had a clean and comfortable temperature, but the TV did not work, and the bathroom had active black mold. I expected better service regarding the faulty TV.

We had a nice time here as a family, especially enjoying the clean, comfy beds. The breakfast-to-go option was a great convenience for our early start, allowing us to hit the road with food in hand. Everyone was super friendly, making us feel welcome....  

Clean and Comfortable with a Great Location

My stay was pleasant. the room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, the breakfast options were limited and could use improvement. I appreciated the convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

Springfield's culinary scene doesn't disappoint! I stumbled upon a gem at Ruby Tuesday, where the savory smoked meats had me drooling. Not to mention the nearby Wings Etc—with wings that are simply next level! The location...  

The only highlight of my stay was Andrea, the morning clerk. Her kindness and helpfulness made a lasting impression amidst an otherwise frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy a single aspect of this hotel beyond the interaction with Andrea.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost on my first stay. Always a great experience!

The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly upon my arrival. They were friendly and eager to assist, which set a positive tone right away. The lobby looked clean and inviting. The breakfast offered a decent selection, and I appreciated the variety, especially the fresh fruits. However, my room had some significant issues. I found the bed skirts were not placed properly, exposing a box spring that looked dirty. There was a strange, unpleasant odor in the room, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom wasn't up to standard. it had a sticky floor and there was mold present on the shower ceiling. The TV cable didn't work, and the internet connection was spotty at best. The lack of hand towels was disappointing too, as they had given me several washcloths instead. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and I don't usually expect such problems from this chain. However, my experience with the staff was encouraging, as they seemed genuinely interested in helping.

Free coffee in the lobby was nice. room could use better cleaning.

my stay at quality inn was close to several dining options, which made it easy to grab a meal. the staff was friendly, and the free wi-fi was a plus during my trip. i appreciate the efforts made towards guest comfort....

Service shines, but room's a mess

The staff here were really friendly and quick to help, which was nice. They had a solid hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles. But man, the room was not clean. The carpet felt dirty, and there were stains all over the chair. Not ideal for a relaxing stay.
